Thanks to everyone that attended the November WordPress Melbourne User Group meetup.
Troy Dean’s presentation on the The Jessica Watson digital strategy project was an informative real-life case study on the strengths and weaknesses of WordPress and also Business Catalyst.
Anthony Cole gave us some useful WordPress security and performance tips. We also ended up discussing various WordPress web hosting solutions.
Video User Manuals was also generous enough to give away two lifetime licenses to their WordPress User Manual product/service. The lucky recipients were James Giang and Christian Faltier.
James Giang was also nice enough to write up his own wrap-up of the meetup. Thanks James!
December 2010 Meetup
We are currently planning the December 2010 meetup. We’re hoping to organise an evening social BBQ meetup to help everyone wind down for the Christmas break. More information will be available soon!
